COOKIE POLICY

Cookies and browser storage used by ACC Store.

This page explains which cookies and similar browser-storage technologies are used by the store, which ones are required for core functionality, and which ones are optional.

Effective September 21, 2026

1. What we mean by cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small values stored by a website in your browser. ACC Store also uses browser technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage. These technologies can support account sessions, carts, checkout, preferences and analytics.

2. Your privacy choices

When you first visit ACC Store, you can choose Accept all, Necessary only, or open Manage preferences. Necessary and functional storage remains active because it supports the store, cart, secure account sessions and checkout. First-party analytics remains disabled until you consent.

You can change your choice at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the website footer. Turning analytics off removes ACC Store's analytics visitor and session identifiers from browser storage.

3. ACC Store consent cookie

4. Functional cart storage

5. Account and authentication cookies

ACC Store uses Supabase Auth for customer accounts. When you sign in, Supabase can set authentication/session cookies used to maintain the signed-in session and refresh it securely. Supabase cookie names can vary by project and deployment and commonly include a project-specific sb-... prefix. These cookies are treated as necessary because disabling them would prevent signed-in account functionality.

Session duration and refresh behavior are controlled by the authentication configuration and can change when a user signs out, a session expires, or credentials are revoked.

6. First-party analytics storage

ACC Store operates its own store-usage analytics endpoint. It does not create its analytics identifiers until you enable the Analytics category.

When Analytics is enabled, events can include page views, product views, searches, add-to-cart actions, checkout starts, order submissions, saved-product actions and volume-pricing submissions. Technical context can include the page path, referrer, campaign parameters such as UTM values, IP address, approximate country/region/city, browser user-agent, device category and event timestamp. If you are signed in, the analytics event may also be associated with your ACC Store account and email address. These fields are available only in the private store administration area and are used for traffic, repeat-visit, navigation and conversion analysis.

7. Marketing and advertising storage

ACC Store does not currently load advertising pixels or marketing cookies from platforms such as Meta, Google Ads or TikTok. The Marketing category is therefore shown as not in use. If advertising technology is added later, the consent interface and this policy should be updated before those technologies are enabled for visitors who have not consented.

8. Secure payment technology

When you proceed to payment, the secure Helcim payment form is loaded for card processing. Helcim may process technical session or security information necessary to operate its payment service. ACC Store does not use Helcim payment storage for advertising purposes and does not store full card details in the ACC Store application database.

9. Browser controls

You can also remove cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage through your browser's privacy or site-data controls. Removing necessary session storage may sign you out, and removing functional storage can clear the saved cart.

10. Relationship to the Privacy Policy

For broader information about customer records, orders, account data, service providers, retention and privacy requests, review the Privacy Policy.
