Where does ACC Store ship?
The store is designed for delivery throughout Florida and nationwide U.S. shipping for eligible products. Parcel, LTL, oversize and commercial freight can be used depending on the product and destination.
Does ACC keep every product in its own warehouse?
No. ACC Store uses a supplier-network model. Products can be sourced and fulfilled through manufacturing or distribution partners, and some orders may ship directly from those locations.
Can one order arrive in multiple shipments?
Yes. Products supplied from different locations can travel separately and may use different carriers or delivery dates.
How is freight calculated?
Freight depends on origin, destination, dimensions, weight, quantity, accessorial services and delivery conditions. Heavy products are not assigned a made-up universal flat freight rate.
What should I know before ordering a grate or steel component?
Confirm the opening dimensions, support/bearing condition, material, product thickness and required load/application. Size-specific freight products can be expensive to return if the wrong configuration is ordered.
How do I select a core bit or diamond blade?
Confirm diameter, equipment connection or arbor, saw/drill compatibility, material, wet/dry operating method and any manufacturer RPM or use limitations before ordering.
How do I select concrete anchors?
Anchor choice depends on substrate, embedment, spacing, edge distance, environment and required load. Store listings do not replace project-specific engineering or manufacturer technical data.
Can I create an account?
Yes. Registered customers can use My Account for order history, saved addresses, saved products, returns and order-linked support. Email verification and password recovery are handled through the store's secure account system.
Will guest checkout be available?
The architecture allows guest checkout so an account does not have to be mandatory for every purchase. Account checkout adds tracking and history features.
Can I save products to buy again later?
Registered customers can save products in My Account. This is especially useful for repeat consumables such as blades, bits, anchoring products and repair materials.
How do returns work?

What if freight arrives damaged?
Inspect the shipment when possible, note visible damage on carrier paperwork and take photographs before the shipment is moved or unpacked further. Keep packaging and contact ACC Store promptly.
Are listed prices guaranteed forever?
No. Public catalog pricing can change. Once an order is created, its recorded item price is kept with that order so later catalog changes do not rewrite order history.
Does ACC manufacture all products in the store?
No. ACC Store is a reseller and supply channel. Third-party brands and manufactured products remain associated with their respective manufacturers.
