TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms for using ACC Store and placing product orders.

These terms describe the general rules for the online store operated by Advanced Concrete Construction, LLC. Product-specific quotes, purchase orders and written agreements can add or replace terms for a particular transaction.

Effective September 18, 2026

1. Store operator and scope

ACC Store is operated by Advanced Concrete Construction, LLC, located at 116 N Roscoe Blvd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. The online store is a product-sales channel related to, but operationally distinct from, ACC's commercial concrete contracting services.

ACC Store sources products through manufacturers, distributors and supply partners. Unless specifically stated, ACC does not represent that it manufactures, owns the brand of, or warehouses every product listed in the store. A product may be fulfilled from a third-party manufacturing or distribution location.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You agree to use the store only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order or requesting support. You may not attempt to access another customer's account, interfere with store operation, misuse checkout systems, submit fraudulent transactions or use automated means in a manner that disrupts normal store operation.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order submission is a request to purchase the listed products. Order receipt does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. ACC Store may review product availability, quantity, address, shipping method, pricing anomalies, payment status and fulfillment feasibility before releasing the order.

ACC Store may decline, cancel or contact the customer about an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing or catalog error is material, payment cannot be completed, shipping cannot reasonably be arranged, the order appears fraudulent, or additional information is needed. If a captured payment is associated with a cancelled order, the appropriate void or refund process will be initiated.

4. Product information and suitability

ACC Store aims to present product names, package sizes, materials and prices accurately. Industrial construction products can have detailed technical requirements that are not fully captured by a short ecommerce description. Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected product is suitable for the intended substrate, equipment, environment, load, dimension, code requirement and project specification.

Where engineering, structural design, fire/life-safety, manufacturer certification or code compliance is material, product selection should be based on the applicable project documents and current manufacturer technical data. Store descriptions are not engineering advice and do not replace project-specific design review.

5. Product imagery

Product photographs, diagrams and category illustrations are intended to identify or represent the product family. Packaging, labeling, finish or appearance can change. Where exact configuration is critical, rely on the product name, confirmed specifications and current manufacturer or supplier documentation.

6. Pricing, taxes and errors

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, freight, accessorial charges or special handling may be additional. Catalog pricing can change prospectively. A completed order retains its recorded item price even if the public catalog later changes.

If an obvious pricing, typographical or configuration error is discovered before fulfillment, ACC Store may pause the order and contact the customer rather than knowingly fulfilling an erroneous listing. The customer may accept a corrected order or cancel the affected item when appropriate.

7. Payment

Live payment functionality will be processed through the payment provider configured for the production store. ACC Store should not directly store full payment-card credentials when the processor can handle them through its secure payment flow. Payment authorization, capture, settlement, chargeback and refund timing are also subject to the payment provider and financial institutions involved.

8. Shipping and fulfillment

Shipping method depends on product size, weight, destination, supplier location and carrier requirements. Parcel, regional delivery, LTL freight, oversize freight or dedicated commercial transportation may be used. Some orders may ship in multiple parts from different fulfillment points.

The detailed Shipping & Delivery Policy is incorporated into these terms for store orders.

9. Title, risk and delivery documentation

Risk allocation and title transfer can depend on the transaction, carrier and applicable law. Customers should inspect deliveries and follow carrier documentation procedures, particularly for visible freight damage or shortages. Nothing in these terms is intended to override non-waivable legal rights.

10. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation and return eligibility depends on fulfillment status, condition, supplier restrictions and product type. Special-order, fabricated, opened chemical, used cutting or size-specific freight products can have restricted return rights. See the Returns & Refunds Policy before ordering products where return flexibility is important.

11. Manufacturer warranties

Some products may include a manufacturer's limited warranty or defect process. Any such warranty is governed by the manufacturer's actual published terms unless ACC Store expressly provides a separate written warranty. ACC Store does not create additional manufacturer warranties merely by reselling the product.

12. Installation, jobsite use and safety

Construction products must be installed and used by appropriately qualified persons in accordance with project requirements, manufacturer instructions, applicable codes and safe work practices. Product listings do not authorize use in an application for which the product is not rated or approved.

Cutting tools, anchoring systems, chemical products and heavy steel components can present significant hazards if selected, handled or installed improperly. Follow current safety data, tool instructions and manufacturer guidance.

13. Accounts

Registered customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity under their account. Contact store support if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization. Account data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

14. Intellectual property and third-party brands

The ACC name, site design and original store content belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party manufacturer names and trademarks remain the property of those manufacturers. Their appearance in a product listing identifies the referenced product and does not by itself imply endorsement, exclusivity or authorized-dealer status.

15. Store availability and changes

ACC Store may modify catalog content, functionality, policies and product availability as the business develops. The version of transaction-specific terms accepted at the time of an order remains relevant to that order where applicable.

16. Governing considerations

These terms are intended for a U.S.-based store operated from Florida. Applicable law may provide rights or obligations in addition to these terms. Transaction-specific contracts, negotiated commercial orders or purchase orders may contain separate governing-law, venue or dispute terms.

17. Contact

Questions about these terms or an order can be sent to store@advconcreteconstruction.com or handled through My Account → Support after customer accounts are activated.
