Where we ship

ACC Store is designed to serve customers throughout Florida and, for eligible products, destinations throughout the United States. Product availability can vary by destination, supplier, carrier service area, product dimensions and applicable shipping restrictions. A product appearing in the catalog does not guarantee that every carrier can serve every ZIP code or that every supplier can ship to every destination.

Orders to islands, remote locations, limited-access facilities, construction sites, military facilities or locations requiring appointment delivery may require additional coordination. At this stage the store is intended for U.S. domestic fulfillment; international shipping is not represented as available unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Automatic checkout shipping

During checkout, ACC Store calculates a shipping charge automatically from the destination state and the shipping class assigned to the products in the cart. Parcel, LTL freight and oversize freight use separate state-based rate schedules. The calculated shipping charge is shown before the customer continues to secure payment.

The checkout shipping charge is an ACC Store shipping rate, not a live carrier quote. Carrier selection and fulfillment origin may still vary after purchase. If a delivery address requires a service that was not disclosed at checkout, such as unusual site access or a special handling request, ACC Store may contact the customer before shipment.

Shipping methods

Parcel shipping

Smaller products such as core bits, diamond blades, anchoring hardware, selected repair products and other items within parcel-carrier size and weight limits may ship through national or regional parcel carriers. Carrier selection may vary by fulfillment location and destination.

LTL freight

Trench grates, pit grates, framed assemblies, steel components and other larger items may move by less-than-truckload freight. The store applies the destination-state LTL shipping rate during checkout, while carrier selection and routing can still depend on origin, destination, dimensions, weight and freight class.

Oversize or dedicated freight

Long, unusually heavy, palletized or high-volume orders use the applicable destination-state oversize shipping rate at checkout. ACC Store may contact the customer before final fulfillment if additional delivery details, equipment requirements or freight acceptance are needed.

Freight delivery requirements

Freight delivery is different from ordinary parcel delivery. Customers should provide an accurate delivery address and indicate conditions that may affect service, such as limited access, residential delivery, construction-site access, gate restrictions, appointment requirements or the absence of a loading dock or forklift. Carrier accessorial charges caused by incomplete or inaccurate delivery information may be passed through when permitted.

Unless specifically included in the confirmed freight service, standard LTL delivery may not include inside delivery, unloading by hand, placement at a final installation point or removal of packaging. Liftgate, residential, limited-access or appointment services may require additional charges.

Supplier-direct and manufacturer-direct fulfillment

Advanced Concrete Construction, LLC sources products through manufacturing and supply relationships. ACC Store does not represent that every catalog item is manufactured, stocked or physically shipped from the Ponte Vedra Beach business address. Some orders may ship directly from a manufacturer, distributor or other fulfillment location selected for the order.

A multi-product order may therefore arrive in more than one shipment, on different dates or through different carriers. Shipping confirmations and tracking details should be evaluated by shipment rather than assuming every line item will travel together.

Processing and delivery timing

Any processing or delivery estimate shown by ACC Store should be treated as an estimate unless a separate written commitment states otherwise. Supplier availability, carrier pickup schedules, weather, freight capacity, holidays, remote delivery conditions and other events outside ACC Store's direct control can affect transit time.

An order may be reviewed before release to fulfillment, particularly for heavy, freight, high-value or unusual-quantity orders. If a material shipping issue is identified, ACC Store may contact the customer for clarification before the order proceeds.

Freight inspection and shipping damage

For parcel deliveries, customers should inspect the package and product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. For freight deliveries, the consignee should inspect the shipment before signing the carrier's delivery receipt whenever circumstances permit.

If visible damage, shortage, crushed packaging, bent components or missing pieces are observed at freight delivery, note the condition on the carrier paperwork before signing and take clear photographs. If damage is severe, contact ACC Store before refusing a shipment unless immediate refusal is necessary for safety or carrier procedure.

Concealed damage discovered after delivery should be photographed promptly, with packaging retained until ACC Store or the carrier confirms the next step. Carrier claim deadlines can be short, so delayed reporting may affect available remedies.

Address changes and redirected shipments

Address changes after fulfillment has started are not guaranteed. Carrier rerouting, reconsignment or redelivery can create additional charges, particularly for freight shipments. Contact store support as soon as possible if an address correction is needed.

Undeliverable or refused shipments

If a shipment is refused without an approved return authorization, or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable receiving party or undisclosed delivery restriction, return freight, redelivery, storage or restocking charges may apply. Damage-related refusals are handled separately through the shipping-damage process.
