PRIVACY POLICY

How ACC Store handles customer and store information.

This policy explains the categories of information the store may process, why the information is used and the types of service providers involved in ecommerce, account and fulfillment operations.

Effective September 21, 2026

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to visitors and customers using the ACC Store website operated by Advanced Concrete Construction, LLC. The main ACC contracting website may have its own privacy disclosures for commercial-project inquiries.

2. Information you provide

Depending on how you use the store, information you provide can include your name, email address, phone number, company name, account credentials, billing and shipping addresses, products ordered, support messages, return requests and other information submitted during checkout or customer support.

If you create an account, authentication credentials are handled through the configured authentication provider. ACC Store should not store plaintext passwords.

3. Transaction and order information

ACC Store may maintain order numbers, product names, quantities, prices at the time of purchase, order status, payment status, shipment information, carrier tracking references, return status and support history. Historical order-line pricing may be retained so that an old order remains accurate if catalog pricing later changes.

4. Payment information

When live payment processing is enabled, payment-card information should be collected and processed by the selected payment processor through its secure systems rather than stored directly in ACC Store's application database. ACC Store may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, card-brand or limited payment metadata needed for accounting, refunds, fraud prevention and customer support.

5. Automatically collected information

The store and its hosting or security providers can process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, device and browser characteristics, timestamps, errors and security events. ACC Store also operates first-party store analytics for page views, product views, searches, cart activity and checkout activity, but analytics collection does not begin until the visitor enables the Analytics category through Cookie Settings.

When Analytics is enabled, ACC Store may record the visitor's IP address, approximate country/region/city supplied by the hosting platform, browser user-agent, device category, page path, referrer, campaign parameters, random visitor/session identifiers and event timestamps. If the visitor is signed in, the analytics record may also be associated with that authenticated ACC Store account and its email address. This information is used in the private administrative dashboard to understand traffic, repeat visits, navigation, conversion and checkout behavior.

6. How information is used

Information may be used to operate the website, create and secure customer accounts, process and document orders, coordinate manufacturers and distributors, arrange parcel or freight delivery, provide tracking and support, review returns, issue approved refunds, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain business records, troubleshoot technical issues and improve store functionality.

7. Manufacturers, distributors and fulfillment partners

Because ACC Store uses a supplier and manufacturing-partner fulfillment model, order information needed to fulfill a transaction may be shared with the relevant manufacturer, distributor, warehouse, freight broker or other fulfillment partner. This can include customer name, delivery address, contact details, product, quantity and delivery instructions.

8. Carriers and logistics providers

Parcel carriers, LTL carriers, freight providers and logistics platforms may receive information necessary to quote, schedule, transport, track and deliver an order. Carrier systems operate under their own privacy and operational terms.

9. Authentication and database services

The customer-account architecture is designed to use Supabase for authentication and database services. Supabase Auth can process account identifiers, authentication sessions and related security information; database tables can hold profiles, addresses, orders, saved products, return requests and support records. Row Level Security is used in the store schema to restrict customer access to their own records.

10. Hosting and technical service providers

The production store may use hosting, content delivery, analytics, email, error monitoring, anti-fraud, customer-support or other infrastructure providers. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services and secure the store.

11. Address suggestions and order-request delivery

Checkout address autocomplete currently uses Photon, an OpenStreetMap-based geocoding service. Address text entered into the autocomplete field may be sent to Photon to return matching street and locality suggestions. Manual address entry remains available if you prefer not to select a suggestion.

Checkout order requests are submitted to ACC Store's server-side application on Vercel and delivered through the store's business email infrastructure. Customer contact information, delivery details and cart contents are used to prepare and deliver the order-request email to ACC Store and, where successful, a confirmation email to the customer. The store's email hosting provider may process message content as necessary to transmit email.

12. Cookies, browser storage and consent

ACC Store uses cookies and similar browser storage for customer authentication, cart persistence, privacy preferences and optional first-party analytics. Necessary and functional storage supports the account, cart and checkout. Optional analytics storage is disabled until the visitor enables Analytics through the consent banner or Cookie Settings.

The privacy selection is stored in the acc_cookie_consent cookie for up to 12 months. Cart state is stored in browser localStorage under acc-store-cart-v1. If Analytics is enabled, random identifiers are stored as acc_store_visitor in localStorage and acc_store_session in sessionStorage. Disabling Analytics removes those two analytics identifiers. ACC Store does not currently load advertising pixels or marketing cookies. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

13. Cart information

Product IDs and quantities may be stored in the browser so a cart can persist across page refreshes. Do not place sensitive personal information in product notes or other browser-stored fields if such fields are added later.

14. Legal and business purposes

Information may be retained or disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, enforce store terms, investigate fraud or security incidents, protect customers or the business, complete accounting and tax obligations, or support a merger, financing, acquisition or transfer of relevant business assets subject to applicable requirements.

15. Retention

Retention depends on the type of information and business purpose. Order, transaction, tax, return and support records may need to be retained longer than temporary browsing information. Account information may remain while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where legitimate business or legal obligations apply.

16. Security

ACC Store is designed to use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, including HTTPS in production, server-side validation, restricted secret keys, authenticated sessions and database Row Level Security. No internet system can promise absolute security, so customers should also protect account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.

17. Your choices

You may choose not to create an account and, where enabled, use guest checkout. Registered users can update profile and address information through the account portal. You can change optional analytics consent at any time through the Cookie Settings control in the website footer. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion of personal information can be directed to store support, subject to identity verification and applicable record-retention obligations.

18. Children's privacy

ACC Store is a commercial construction-products store and is not directed to children. The store is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children for ecommerce transactions.

19. Policy updates

This policy may be updated as the production stack, payment provider, analytics configuration and fulfillment processes are finalized. Material updates should be posted on this page with an updated effective date once the store is live.
